COVID-19 Has Not Only Changed the World We Live in But How We Live Our Lives and How We Do Business
Like most of our fellow Melbournians, we have spent a large part of 2020 and 2021 under various COVIDSafe settings. Despite suffering a bit of COVID-19 fatigue, we remain positive and keep focusing on a variety of projects, including supporting local teams working on COVID-19 test kits.
As a manufacturer and distributor of essential veterinary diagnostics for local veterinarians and testing labs and global customers, we are fortunate to be able to continue operating under the current Victorian Government’s Authorised Provider directive.
Keeping our team safe and ensuring we can continue to supply our customers are our top priorities.
To keep our team and community safe we:
follow Government stay safe recommendations and directives
maintain a COVIDSafe plan
work from home whenever possible
support our employees to get vaccinated
Our customers can support us by:
letting us know in advance of any anticipated additional product demand
be mindful that we have reduced staff on-site to manage your orders
placing orders in line with our shipping days – Tuesday and Thursday
e-mailing any queries to us unless an immediate response is required
